Forest 1 is what i hope to be the first in a series of woodland studies, all the layers and textures and sheer amount of detail that adorns each tree and leaf, the complexity of the branches, there's so much in nature that even if i did numerous drawing i'd only be just brushing the surface, but its that never ending and beautiful complexity that i'm drawn to.
