I didn't know i liked drawing oil rigs so that was a fun surprise...

The piece captures the landscape the way that i personally saw it, i thought the oil rigs were intriguing structures and such a contrast to the surroundings, i didn't think they were ugly or beautiful, i found them interesting. The morning was cold and foggy putting a cold wash over the view but the water still had this glittery effect and that prettiness paired with the industrial rustic effects of the oil rigs was quite something to watch and draw.
